Of the 13 school districts in Hudson County, __ were Yes, __ were No, and __ refused to answer.

1 - District has a general statement of Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) with no categories listed.

2 - District statement contains the phrase sexual orientation but not the category "affectional or sexual orientation" under the LAD.

* The protected categories may or may not be engaged by the school districts with Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) statements.  EOE is not to be presumed to include "affectional or sexual orientation" by any particular school district's philosophy and/or practices.  A general statement such as this is limited to employment.  The students and community encompassing the district are not within a general declaration, necessarily.   Additionally, "affectional or sexual orientation" is not a part of affirmative action.
